Where to Eat...

Breakfast

Cafe Terra Cotta- A place to start your day in the comfort and inviting warmth of a home.

Lunch

The Berkshire- For one of those world famous, "The King" Sandwiches loaded with peanut butter and bananas. YUM!

Dinner

Casa Bonita's- A restaurant with a long standing history that dates over 30 years and still going strong. The Divers are great to watch!

What to Do...

Morning

Take the kids to the Colorado Railroad Museum. This a great place to not only help educate your family, but you also get to see a locomotive that still works from back in the "yesteryear".

Afternoon

A walk down and around the Platte River, where gold was discovered. This historic spot, started the gold rush for the state of Colorado, take the kids on a walk where others from the past have been. Then after a nice walk adventure over to the Butterfly and Insect Pavilion where thousands of butterflies fly around and lots of beautiful exotic birds spread there wings. This place won't just leave the kids wanting more, you will too.

Evening

While in Denver with the family you must stop and visit the Casa Bonita's restaurant, not only for the fantastic food, but for the atmosphere itself, they have cliff divers, places for the kids to run around in. This is a great way to wear off some of their energy and help them to sleep.
